Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Tuli Builder when you buy or use our software.
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tuli Builder website and software ("Tuli", "the Service"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading or using Tuli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Tuli Builder is a WordPress theme and visual page builder that lets you convert HTML, CSS and JavaScript into editable WordPress pages and design them visually. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Licence
On full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Tuli on the number of production sites included in your plan:
- Personal — 1 production site, 1 year of updates.
- Pro — up to 5 production sites, 1 year of updates.
- Agency — unlimited production sites, lifetime updates.
Staging and local development copies of a licensed project do not count against your site limit. Your licence to use the version you downloaded continues even after an update period ends; only access to new updates lapses.
3. Acceptable use & restrictions
You may build and sell websites for yourself and your clients using Tuli. You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense or repackage Tuli itself as a competing product; remove or alter licensing or copyright notices; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for any content, code or third-party material you add to sites you build.
4. Orders, billing & Merchant of Record
All orders are sold and processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, currencies and applicable taxes. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Updates & support
Within your update period we provide product updates and reasonable email support. Support covers the Service itself, not custom development, third-party plugins or your hosting environment.
7. Intellectual property
Tuli, its name, logo and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a licence to use Tuli, not ownership of it. The websites, HTML and CSS you create with Tuli are yours.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every plugin, theme or hosting setup.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using Tuli. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) continue after termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
