Refund Policy
Try Tuli Builder risk-free. Every plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Last updated: 14 June 2026
We want you to be confident in your purchase of Tuli Builder. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Tuli Builder isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions. This applies to all plans (Personal, Pro and Agency).
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle order receipt, and include your order number. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds promptly. You can also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. After the 14 days
Because Tuli is delivered digitally and your licence and any updates are made available immediately, refunds are generally not offered after the 14-day window. If you experience a genuine technical problem with the Service that we cannot resolve, contact us — we'll always try to make it right.
5. Cancellations
Every Tuli plan is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. Your licence keeps working after your update period ends; only access to new updates lapses.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your licence being suspended.
